The Beauty Of Cambodia – Win Up To 4 Million Riel In A Short Video Contest

PPCBank invites young filmmakers and lovers of Cambodia to produce a short video (1-3 minutes) with the theme, “The Beauty of Cambodia”. The videos should express their love of Cambodia to promote Khmer culture and civilization more widely, while also demonstrating their creativity and talent.

How do you see The Beauty of Cambodia? Please show us your vision of Cambodia, a country rich in culture, history, and beautiful soul. Your video could be selected to represent the final image of the Beauty of Cambodia.

The top 10 videos selected by PPCBank will be broadcast on the PPCBank website and social media channels for final votes from the public. Videos must be based on the theme of “The Beauty of Cambodia”, dealing with aspects of Landscape, People, and Culture. The final selection round will be based on the number of views and engagements.

The winner will be awarded 4 million riels. Second place will win 2 million riels, with 1 million riel going to third place.

Entries must be videos between 1 and 3 minutes long, with one or more of the following as content:

  1. The Landscape (eco-tourism, clean cities, buildings, mountain rivers, beaches)
  2. The People (daily life, people, community)
  3. The Culture (temples, pagodas, traditional dance, beliefs, traditions)

Easy participation:

  • The video can be made with a smartphone or camera between 1 – 3 minutes long
  • Each contestant is allowed to submit only one video.
  • Download a short PPCBank end-frame video to put at the end of your video​ – Click here to download
  • Post your video as public with #TheBeautyofCambodiaByPPCBank and Tag PPCBank Official Page on the video
  • Co-authored videos are accepted and can be submitted as a team.
  • All video content must be original and previously unpublished – plagiarized entries will be rejected.
