Key Responsibilities
Support/Coordinate through the basic teller function at Korea Desk counter and Ensure the adequacy of Foreign Business
Perform Counter services & Introduce bank’s product and services to customers including Deposit and Loan
Provide professional services to chinese customers
Cross and up selling to chinese customers
Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Performance Report to line manager
Daily chinese Customers transactions report to line manager
Handle customer inquiry and verify cash for daily closing
To open and close bank account
To accepts (and pay) cash and cheque for deposit taking (and withdrawal)
Process all kind of remittance, application for credit/debit card, digital banking and other bank’s products and service transaction
Report all matters to line manager
Requirement
University Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
At Least 3-5 Year work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good command of English, other foreign languages (chinese)
Computer literacy
