Payment Planning Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and monitor the card and digital payment marketing strategy
  • Assist and access the goal for card and digital payment campaign and promotion
  • Assist existing and potential card and payment products and services
  • Communicate and keep good relationship with vendors/third parties for efficiency launching of card and payment products and services
  • Review and draft process flow/guideline of all payment products/services
  • Produce and keep improving department data
  • Document review related to new and/or existing project
  • Develop and improve ATMs Service
  • Monitor, minimize, or resolve all products/service risk that may happened/been happened
  • Other related matters.
Requirement
  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivottable, etc..
  • Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
