Role and Responsibilities
- Support/Coordinate through the basic teller function at Korea Desk counter and Ensure the adequacy of Foreign Business
- Perform Counter services & Introduce bank’s product and services to customers including Deposit and Loan
- Provide professional services to Korean customers
- Cross and up selling to Korean customers
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Performance Report to line manager
- Daily Korean Customers transactions report to line manager
- Handle customer inquiry and verify cash for daily closing
- To open and close bank account
- To accepts (and pay) cash and cheque for deposit taking (and withdrawal)
- Process all kind of remittance, application for credit/debit card, digital banking and other bank’s products and service transaction
- Report all matters to line manager
Requirement
- University Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- At Least 3-5 Year work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority);
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Good command of English, other foreign languages (Korean)
- Computer literacy
