Housing Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Update the daily Consolidate report from branch.
• Follow up with Loan initial review, to be disburse, Loan Disbursement, Loan Paid off and arrear customer.
• Daily visit Borey and Private house, flat dealer and update the issues that related to Branch to Manager.
• Make good relationship with sale consultant and owner.
• Explanation about Bank housing loan Guideline to all house Companies and dealers.
• Update the Second House Price for Quarter basic and send to Manager.
• Update other Bank and MFI competitor condition of Housing Loan for Quarter Basic and sent to Manager.
• Support all Branches about Housing Loan Processing.
• Solve the issue that related to Housing Loan at Branch Site.
• Gathering the internal external issue related to Housing Loan from Branch and update to

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (Ms. Word & Excel)
• Familiar with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot table, etc..
• Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
