Fix Asset Control Officer

Key Responsibilities

Control List Fixed Asset with Label

• Responsible on equipment using in the bank that’s used for long period must be defined as fixed assets.
• Responsible and maintain clearly record the name, location, department, branch of whom is using eachequipment or material Assign bar codes to fixed assets.

Control the Broken and Un usable of Fix Asset

• Responsible to clearly control and find the reason of stop using fixe asset.

Lost Equipment Report

• Maintaining and well responsible on user or staffs equipment report to line manager about the certain reason of loss clearly
• Responsible to check equipment and report it must be true and clear.
• Perform other related duties as required by Management.

Requirement

• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 1 year of working experience in credit screen or in banking industry
• High proficiency spoken and written of English
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
• Committed, hard-working, and honest individual;
• Willing to work under pressure
