Key Responsibilities
To Prepare quarterly performance of CS score
Daily, Weekly Analyze and monitor branches CS star
To Control and follow up customers’ complaints
To Collect customer suggestion for improvement
Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and file documents
Branches survey, visiting, training (Phnom Penh and provincial branches)
Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirement
University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
Computer literacy
