Senior Officer, Server and Infrastructure

Install, update and configure database software and database server

Monitor and maintain database healthy, performance and security

Design backup processes for the database server and associated data platform

Create database accounts for all users and assign security levels

Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution

Schedule and perform regular database maintenance and tuning

Establish and implement database disaster recovery and database management policies/procedures and business continuity plan

Manage IT Factory ensure all servers & hardware in Data Center are well managed & monitored, resources utilization, health check of Servers, Email system, File server and other IT systems.

Maintain AD, file server, mail server, other system to ensure that all servers run smoothly (24/7)

Ensure that server security update, patches update are regular checked and applied

Maintain user/role management, perform regular review

Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

Responsible for server capacity, storage and resource planning

Lead helpdesk support, making sure all desktop applications, and related systems (CCTV, Alarm, Fire, Access Door, Email, etc.) problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

Provide leadership and expertise system and server infrastructure

Installation, configuration and maintenance hardware, server, virtual platform and storage

Manage, monitor, troubleshoot hardware, operating system (Linux, Unix and Windows servers)

Understand about IT systems related with Core Banking System, Digital Banking System, Card Management System, Switching and others

Manage & allocate servers resources for UAT/SIT testing environment & production deployment

Establishing guidelines, procedures and methods of server and application related system

Monitoring all servers and application both HQ and branches, and troubleshooting the issues

Backup & restoration the configuration if server, infrastructure, application and devices failure

Other main duties

• Managing database access and permissions.

• Ensuring that databases meet users’ requirements.

• Writing operating manuals and providing training and support for database use.

• Devising and implementing processes for resolving faults and data loss.

• Develop long term roadmaps for overall infrastructure Architecture

• Communicates with other departments to resolve software, hardware and operational problems

• Planning and schedule forecasting for maintenance activities

• Governance & oversight of all maintenance and support activities

• Other tasks assigned by line manager

• All related matters

Master Degree/Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking, IT, Network Security, Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications

At least 3-5 years of working experience in banking industry

High proficiency spoken and written of English

Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player

Committed, hard-working, and honest individual

Willing to work under pressure

Excellent command of Khmer and English
