Key Responsibilities
Check and review all loan application approved by branch and department to make sure loan application is comply with bank’s guidelines as well as the regulations of relevant authorities and requirement document
Report and analyze the stages of credit affairs to find the negative phenomenon which could cause credit risks as well as taking measure for timely prevention and improvement
Perform and take action for any loan which could cause any suspect due to capacity repayment and funding purpose
Review and evaluate the collateral value before submit to the management for making a final decision to maintain a secure LVR
Participate in providing knowledge and strengthening the subordinates’ capacities for competence/professional morality in job performance
Review and advice related to legal document before loan disbursement
Perform other related duties as required by Management
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
Requirement
University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
At least 2-3 years of working experience in credit screen or in banking industry
High proficiency spoken and written of English
Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
Committed, hard-working, and honest individual
Willing to work under pressure
Proficiency in presentation skills & Microsoft suite software
Excellent command of Khmer and English
