Key Responsibilities
Consult the customer about using Letter of Credit Both Export and Import
Find the best solution for customer to deal with any problem related to trade service
Support all branches to find new customers and deal with customers effectively
Settlements for Trade Transactions
Prepare for credit Assessment for Credit Line
Disbursing loan for LC payment and Export Negotiation
Verifying the letter of credit, bank guarantee letter and escrow agreement for customers
To arrange the template with amount of fee charge/ waive or discount and reported to manager for making decision
All related matter and response to tasks assigned by manager
Requirement
University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
Professional proficiency in Khmer and English; other foreign languages is a plus
Ability to create innovative solutions to challenges and opportunities
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, team working, and partnership working skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Cambodian banking system and regulations
Good knowledge of customer service and customer retention strategies
Experience with POS services
