General Planning Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide information and prepare for comprehensive biz plans and strategies

  • To conduct management performance evaluation

  • To arrange management meeting materials and Executive Committee meeting

  • Cooperate with administrative and department related Contracts

  • Analyze the location, find building and prepare Grand Opening Ceremony

  • To process external approval from NBC and MOC and Annual report to NBC and SERC

  • The 3 Years business plan to NBC

  • Quarterly business plan review report to Jeonbuk Bank

  • Weekly Executives meeting/Monthly performance meeting

  • Arrangement annual workshop and support other events with related department

  • Analyze the ATM location; transaction and recommend for renew contract/relocation and terminate

  • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirement

  • University degree in Management/Law/Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in related field

  • Good Command of English and Communication Skills

  • Strong commitment, leadership and organization skills and independence

  • Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet/Email etc.)

  • Willing to work under pressure
