Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor the card and digital payment marketing strategy
- Assist and access the goal for card and digital payment campaign and promotion
- Assist existing and potential card and payment products and services
- Communicate and keep good relationship with vendors/third parties for efficiency launching of card and payment products and services
- Review and draft process flow/guideline of all payment products/services
- Produce and keep improving department data
- Document review related to new and/or existing project
- Develop and improve ATMs Service
- Monitor, minimize, or resolve all products/service risk that may happened/been happened
- Other related matters.
Requirement
- University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivottable, etc..
- Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
