Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and establish IT strategy including business support strategy, work improvement / innovation plan, IT
System,
IT infrastructure improvement plan. - Propose and manage IT yearly Budget and expense; manage budget and payment expense.
- Develop plans to strengthen and carry out business or community projects
- Manage and procure IT asset management, including managing IT equipment in stock and movement,
propose/purchase
equipment, IT related project. - Manage IT internal control such as project management & coordination, IT change request process, documentation
&
report, inspection and regular review. - Contract management related to engage/purchase project, service & various maintenance.
- Manage IT personnel resource including recruiting, movement planning, establishing internal & external
education plan

- Coordinate internal/external audit activities, industrial compliance assessment with vendors
- Evaluates and assesses an organization’s information technology systems, processes, and controls to ensure

comply with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry. - Keep abreast of emerging technologies with IT environment and developing audit plans to counter whatever risks
that
might be associated with the application of such technologies - Review/update policy, guidelines and other compliance requirement.
- Communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the relevant staff.
- Improve operations through process improvements
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience of IT Planning or related filed in Banking sector.
- Experienced of system development in banking sector if preferred
- Familiar with IT compliance and governance frameworks such as TRM, PCI DSS, ISO27001, COBIT, etc.
- Good at project management, documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
- Strong at project management, documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- High proficiency spoken and written of English
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and all levels of
the
business.
