Role and Responsibilities
- Update the daily Consolidate report from branch.
- Follow up with Loan initial review, to be disburse, Loan Disbursement, Loan Paid off and arrear customer.
- Daily visit Companies and Private House dealer and update the issues that related to Branch Manager.
- Make good relationship with sale consultant and Borey owner.
- Explanation about Bank housing loan Guideline to all Borey.
- Find new customer and negotiate with new customer.
- Update the Second House Price for Quarter basic and send to Manager.
- Update other Bank and MFI competitor condition of Home Loan for Quarter Basic and sent to Manager.
- Support all Branches about Home Loan Processing.
- Control Agency of Home Loan for Process title deed.
- Gathering information from Branches, Related Departments, and Update to Manager.
- Solve the issue that related to home Loan at Branch Site.
Requirement
- Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Willing to work under pressure;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or Korean;
- Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
