I can see inquiry screens, but I cannot make any fund transfer. Why?


If you are individual customer and cannot make fund transfer, your transfer is blocked by the system. It is normally when you fail to provide the correct authentication codes for 5 consecutive times. If you are corporate customer, you can only inquire the accounts and cannot use any transfer functions on Mobile App.
