Key Responsibilities
To design, develop and analyze organization development systems/programs
Maintain knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory
To provide strategic direction on organizational training and development structure and resource allocation
Champion employee engagement on training and development
To design, develop, implement and manage internal and external course and resource that fir curriculum and company culture

Ensuring the training and development methods and material created are interactive, fruitful and line up with the organizational goals
Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirement
University bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Management, International Relations equivalent professional qualifications
At least 3-5 years of working experience in Training and Development, Employee Relation or in Human Resource
High proficiency spoken and written of English
Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
Committed, hard-working, and honest individual
Willing to work under pressure
Proficiency in presentation skills & Microsoft suite software
Excellent command of Khmer and English
