On 10th August 2016, CEO of Jeonbuk Bank, Yim Yong-tiack whose bank recently seated as the parent bank of Phnom Penh Commercial Bank has paid visit to Hebron Medical Center in Phnom Penh. PPCBank which has been operating for 7 years since its establishment in 2008 with total asset of 414 million as of 2015 has recently been acquired by JB financial group with its largest shareholder to be Jeonbuk Bank.
Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCBank) announced its new president Chang Moo Shin and $36 million paid-in capital increase to be among the first banks meeting the new requirement of NBC registered capital.
On 28th October 2016, PPCBank’s parent bank “JB Financial Group” in collaboration with volunteer medical team of Department Health from South Korea has contributed medical checkup and medicine to 250 patients at Tropang Kroleung Village, Kompong Speu Province.
