PPCBank Participates in 10th Annual Cycling for Environment and Children’s Health

Siem Reap, August 25, 2024 – To contribute to a greener and healthier Cambodia, PPCBank proudly sponsored and participated in the 10th Annual Cycling for the Environment and Children’s Health event, held in the heart of Siem Reap. It was organized by the Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) and Cycling For Cambodia (CFC), with more than a thousand people participating.

PPCBank’s involvement in this event aligns with the Bank’s commitment to our social responsibility by promoting environmental sustainability and supporting the well-being of children. PPCBank believes that cycling is a healthy and eco-friendly mode of transportation, and by participating in this event, it hopes to inspire others to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle.

The event generated funds in support of the Angkor Hospital for Children, which provides free, high-quality healthcare for its young patients. This year’s event was a resounding success, bringing together cyclists from all walks of life in support of a noble cause.

PPCBank’s support for cycling initiatives aligns with the Bank’s belief that children’s health is foundational to a country’s development. It recognizes the significant impact these efforts can have on the improved health of Cambodia’s children, as well as on the growth of local tourism and the economy.
