BIDDING NOTICE The Construction of Interior and Exterior Works for Relocation of PPCBank – Tuek Thla Branch


  1. Requirement

Participant in the construction of Interior and Exterior works for relocation of PPCBank _ TT Branch

 F Expected Construction Period: From 15th August 2022 to 31st October 2022 (Max 2.5 months)

Note:  The construction period can be extended depending on unexpected circumstance on mutual consents with PPCBank.


  • Field descriptions

Reference to the Layout contents with the following details

  • Interior works
  • Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor
  • Deposit Counter (4 tellers, 2 chief tellers)
  • Vault Room (at least 16m2)
  • Toilet (WC) (proper size considering the number of working staff)
  • Meeting Room for deposit customers
  • Meeting Room for loan customers
  • Server Room (at ground floor)
  • Branch Manager Office (1 branch manager)
  • Electricity Room
  • Loan Office (8 loan officers, 1 Chief loan)
  • Pantry Room including sink (a place where bank staff can eat food)
  • Storage Room
  • A stair to access mezzanine floor
  • Water proof
  • Office (back office 2 staff)
  • Flooring works shall be made by tiles
  • Note for interior design
  • As for the 15 sections or more, participant in the construction of in-exterior shall suggest design at your discretion and by efficiently arranging it in the layout.
  • Removing, cleaning from first floor to the top floor and suggestion for painting if necessary.
  • Submission 3D design at your discretion and suggestion to improve branding.
  • Exterior works
  • ATM Booth (3 ATMs)
  • Signboard
  • Exterior Coverage
  • Toilet (WC) for security guard
  • Front parking lot (demolishing front part of current building) and back parking lot is inclusive of (demolishing current structure and building, making water way and proper wall fence in the bank yard of parking lot: flooring material of bank parking lot shall be concreted)
  • Water proof on the roof and for any places to protect leaking from raining
  • The existing roof at the end of current building shall be demolished (new roof  shall be changed as slab structure to protect leaking from raining )
  • Note for Exterior design
  • Submission 3D design at your discretion based on any suggestion of signboard on the top floor or suggestion to improve branding.
  • Please refer to PPCBank designed of current branches and visit the relocation.

– Application documents shall be submitted to Administrative Department of PPCBank and via the above email address

– PPCBank HQ Building Address: Nº 217, Norodom Blvd., Phum 10, Sangkat Tonle Bassac,

     Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

F Application documents shall be enclosed with the company seal.

    • Company introduction including such as company name, establishment year, capital, total assets, previous year’s net profit, number of employees, major business field, representative nationality
    • Quotation including M&E (Reference to specification of Layout)
  • Applicant qualification

Company related to the construction of interior and exterior that registered business in Cambodia

  • Decision-making method of company

Decided according to internal standard of Bank

  • Application Deposit

         None

  • Result notification date

Monday, 15th August 2022 (Reply via email or phone)

  1. Signing of contract for construction

Within 10 days from the date of notification of the result

  1. What to note when submitting your application

-Identify guidelines, regulations, special conditions, etc. of local authority in relation to facility construction

-Inspection procedure will be carried out after completion of construction

F Network and telephone system shall be inclusive of quotation as per attached. The vendor providing branch IT system must provide company introduction including  company name, establishment  year.
