Position : Customer Satisfaction Professional (1 Position)

As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the development of overall business strategies and ensure smooth implementation of the strategies. You must ensure the branch functions effectively and cohesively towards the ultimate objective to generate maximum revenue and profitability. You will need to prepare and execute marketing plan for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and enhancing relationship with existing customers. You are also required to prepare branch budget, execute action plan and monitor the performance in line with approved branch target

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to bank operation staff.
  • Overlook, control and update daily morning customer service practice both in Phnom Penh branches and provincial branches
  • Will be responsible forperforming basic troubleshooting of problems and devise solutions to both customer and staff operation;
  • Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with good customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
  • Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing network problems to prevent and attract customers;

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Finance and Banking, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Local candidatesare apriority;
  • Minimum of fiveyears in a customer support role;
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-directed andself-motivated team player;
  • Excellent in English communication andinterpersonal skills;
  • Good command of speaking other languagesis a plus;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Remainingcalm and tactful under pressure is a must and a bright personality that will make the candidate stand out from the crowd isa plus;
